Strategy Sessions
Would you like to have greater alignment and ownership to the overall vision for your church or community? People support what they help to create and Backyard Impact helps sets the stage for your team to create great ministry opportunities together! Using a meeting facilitation model called Results Based Conversations, Tricia and Krista set an exciting pace for creative planning. Teams experience productive conversations through guided learning activities and scenarios. All sessions are tailored to fit your congregation’s goals, availability and budget. Strategic Sessions can happen with your church team or in a combined arena with teams from several organizations in a specific region. Three months worth of meetings and conversations can be accomplished in a one or two day Backyard Impact Strategy Session. But don’t take our word for it.
