Krista has served as resource developer for many facets of the Externally Focused Church movement. She has worked for Leadership Network, The Externally Focused Network, Fasten Network, Group Publishing and many others. Prior to her work with community involvement, Krista served as the Communication Director at LifeBridge Christian Church, Longmont, CO. She is a certified Results-Based Conversations facilitator and served as an editor of The Externally Focused Church. Krista resides in North Carolina with her husband, Steve, and three awesome and busy kids!

Prior to starting Backyard Impact, Tricia served as the Involvement Director for LifeBridge Christian Church, Longmont, CO helping to equip and engage thousands in service including work with over 40 partnerships. Tricia has also been employed with both the American Red Cross, Girl Scouts of America, The Externally Focused Network, and is a certified Equipping Trainer with Group Publishing and  a certified Results-Based Conversations facilitator. Tricia resides in South Carolina with her husband, Alan, and has three amazing kids and three beautiful grandchildren.
